Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancelling before driver is assigned: No charges.
  • Cancelling after driver is assigned: Driver Batta for 1 day may be applicable.
  • Cancelling after the vehicle has started towards pickup: Fuel compensation may apply.

Cancellation by TripGo

  • If unforeseen issues occur (vehicle breakdown, operational issues), we will try to provide an alternative.
  • If we cannot, the booking is cancelled without charges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days through the same payment method.
